Chairman
Mr. Castro is the Managing Director of Ignatian Center for Continuing Education (ICCE) which manages the Ignatian International Journal for Multidisciplinary Research (IIJMR). He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt whose 12-year leadership & management experience extends from operation, marketing to product development.

ROXAN T. BAYAN, EdD
Vice Chairman
Dr. Bayan is an Associate Professor and currently the Dean of the College of Education of Isabela State University Jones Campus.
She obtained her post graduate diploma, Doctor of Education in Language Education Major in English at the Isabela State University where her dissertation “Prospective ESL Teachers’ International Certification: Input to Language Teacher Education Curriculum” was awarded as Best Research & Best Dissertation.
Her solid 22 years of teaching experience which includes coaching & training Campus Journalists and giving lectures on Basic English to Technical Writing to Research to Basic Grammar even to law students paved the way for her becoming an accreditor under the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities of the Philippines (AACCUP).
Dr. Bayan’s extensive contribution in the academe specifically in the English language teaching stemmed from her being an outstanding student back in her college days at the Philippine Normal University – Northern Luzon Campus where she graduated Cum Laude. Her prowess in writing and speaking can be traced to her multiple awards in Campus Journalism & Extemporaneous Speaking.

FREDERICK EDWARD T. FABELLA, Ph. D.

Dr. Fabella is a well-decorated internationally acclaimed researcher whose works have been published here and abroad.
He has a Ph. D. in Industrial Psychology and was conferred a Doctor of Pedagogy in Educational Research honoris causa by Ybarra Fellows.
At present, he is the Research Director of FEU Roosevelt, editorial board member of international journals such as Cognizance and Novelty and Peer Reviewer of Science PG based in New York, USA and MDPI Journals based in Switzerland. As author of over 60 published studies conducted in the Philippines, Thailand, US, Vietnam and Taiwan in 12 different journals, he was awarded by the Philippine Outstanding Delegates as the Most Promising International Social Scientist of 2023.

The Ignatian International Journal for Multidisciplinary Research is an open access journal.
Article submissions undergo anonymous peer review. Our peer reviewers come from different fields and are based in various countries.
All published articles fall under Creative Commons License CC-BY-NC, which allows other parties to distribute, rework, modify and expand the content across all platforms and formats for noncommercial purposes only, provided that attribution is given to the author.
Property rights, including patent rights, are reserved by the authors. They also retain the right to use all or part of the material in their own future works, including lectures, press releases, and textbook reviews.
A publication fee of PhP 3,000 is paid by the author only after the submitted article has undergone peer review, revision by the author and has been approved for publication by the Editorial Board.
